Interfacing an Airbus with a Flight Simulator requires some technical skill. Korry switches and push buttons can simply be interfaced to an I/O board, many which exist in the market. Most boards on the market today are only compatible with LEDs – the challenge is finding an I/O solution which can drive the current requirement for the korry bulbs.
Components such as the sidestick, rudders, spoilers and flaps panel can be wired up to a joystick board such as the Leo Bodnar BU0836A. If no transducers are present, an interface must be built to translate physical movements to an electrical signal which the computer can read.
Other genuine components such as the ECAM Control Panel, or the ATC/Transponder Panel require specific boards which can read and output ARINC429.

|Korry switch push buttons and annunciators
||Requires an interface board (I/O) board which is compatible with Flight Simulator and the avionics software. Solution requires a board which can output 5 VDC at 0.115 A per korry bulb.
Native solution in development by Simulator Solutions.
Existing boards such as those available from Flight Deck Solutions and OpenCockpit do not provide the necessary current to drive the korry bulbs. A Darlington transistor can amplify the current, but requires additional wiring.
|Flight Control Unit (FCU) and Unit
||Requires ARINC429 interfacing. Native solution available from Cockpit Concept. Their FCU interface board allows you to interface the hardware to Jeehell FMGS and FSX/P3D.|
| Multi-Function Control and Display Unit (MCDU)
||Requires ARINC 429 interfacing. Native solution in development. Requires 115 VAC for operation.
Simulator Solution has an upcoming MCDU conversion kit for the A320 planning to be released in the near future.
||Panel backlighting is achieved with 5 VDC. Flight Deck Solutions and Cockpit Concept have a dimming solution which allows you to connect directly to a potentiometer.|
| Electronic Clock
||Clock time is also to be set and sync to Flight Sim time using Cockpit Concept ARINC429 Low Speed boards.|
|Radio Management Panel||RMP requires a low speed input ARINC 429 board.|
| ECAM Control Panel
||ECP requires either a low speed or high speed ARINC 429 transmitter board for Interfacing.|
| Rudder Trim Indicator
||The rudder trim indicator on the parking brake panel requires either a low speed or high speed outout ARINC 429 board.|
||Direct canon pin output to a joystick board. 28 VDC to be supplied to the solenoid to lock the sidestick when A/P is engaged.|
